Welcome at the All in Portugal website! We have tried to make our website as conveniently as possible. In a few simple steps you can search, book and confirm your dream holiday home. After you have made the booking on the website we will confirm the booking by email within a few days. 

On this page you will find answers to frequently asked questions with regard to making a booking, receiving the confirmation and additional information.

How can I make a booking?

Via our website you can directly and conveniently make your booking: - Click on booking at the description page of the villa – Select the desired week(s) and fill out the form with your personal details – Next click on 'check booking' – Check all the information and make a definite booking by clicking on 'definite booking'. Your booking will be confirmed online and by email.

When is the booking definite?

You will receive an email from us as soon as you have made the booking via the Internet. We forward your booking to the owner. After the owner has agreed, usually within 2 workdays, we will send you the booking confirmation and invoice by email.

What information do I receive once the booking is definite?

As soon as the booking is definite you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice by email. After the full price has been paid and approximately 3 weeks prior to departure you will receive a travel document with the address of and directions to the villa and the details for the contact person on site.

What are the terms of payment?

After making a booking and the homeowner or the resort has agreed you will receive a booking confirmation as well as an invoice by email. This will contain the following terms of payment:
No later than 7 days after receiving the confirmation do you need to have transferred us a deposit of 35% of the rental price, 36,- euro administration costs and – if taken out – the premium of the (expiring) travel and/or cancellation insurance.

The remainder, the remaining 65% of the rental price, the surcharge premium of 1,5% for additional coverage for the accommodation and – if applicable – the deposit, need to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to your stay to the bank account for All in Portugal.

When booking within (less than) 8 weeks prior to your stay the entire rental price needs to be paid at once (by telephonic transfer).
